Products that require machining of surfaces or components can be accommodated. We can supply polished, galvanized, zinc coated or powder coated finishes. Coupled with our accurate and reliable steel fabricating equipment, we guarantee precision and repeatability in fabrication.
Die casting and Extrusions
P&A offer a range of aluminum die casting and extrusion services to suit clients needs predominately working with high quality aluminum enclosures and components. Our strength are in die design and fabrication, melting and in-house alloying. We assist customers in the design of their extrusions, alloy selection and provide technical support, to ensure that the product specification can be manufactured in a reliable and competitive manner. We produce castings that weight in the range from 0.1kg to 20kg and we extrude a comprehensive range of standard and custom shapes up to 400mm wide, 20kg/m weight and 16m length.
